Well I’m off, at day 1 of the NRA Annual Meeting in downtown Atlanta. So far I’ve​ seen a whole lot of guns and gear and famous shooters. 

Now I’ve been to a whole lot of conventions and trade shows in my day, in my role as a nerd herder. It’s interesting to me that the booth people fall into the same categories: customer service people and full bore salespeople. Given my press badge, I get more of the customer service people approach me, which I like.

I’ve​ also found out a lot about some upcoming products, which I promised not to reveal, but I will tell you they involve new products from companies I’ve already bought from, so I look forward to seeing them.
